I am sufferring from migraine

Most of the time my migraines last from 30 minutes to few hours but rarely for few days.

Every migraine begins differently. I just don't feel right. Light, smell, or sound may bother me or make me feel worse. Sometimes, if i try to continue with usual routine after the migraine starts, i may become nauseated and vomit. Often the pain begins only on one side of my head.

Previously i used to get auras, a kind of warning that a migraine is on the way. I had blurred vision and seeing spots, colored balls, jagged lines, or bright or flashing lights or smelling a certain odor and only be seen in one eye and usually starts about 10 to 30 minutes before the start of a migraine.

What i normally do if i have migraine, i take two tabs of paracetamol, sleep in a dark and quite room like tonight...and will definitely avoid coffee for few days!!
