"One significance of Eid-ul-Adha is that it is a time of sacrifice.

Muslims commemorate phrophet Ibraham’s willingness to sacrifice everything for Allah including his beloved son, Ismael. Since Allah replaced Ismael with a lamb to sacrifice in place of his son, Muslims also offer the sacrifice of animals. The sacrifice can be done after the prayer on the 10th until 12th day of the al-Hijjah month before sunset. The meat of the animals is distributed among the relatives, the needy people and some portion is also kept for one one’s own consumption."

A visit to Arzu

Really can't resist a visit to a shopping Mall....hahaha...and today I ended up shopping tudung at Arzu....

I bought two long cotton shawl-like tudung and few anak tudung...senang nak jaga, tak perlu iron, easy to bring and wear kalau travelling

and my first time wearing like this!! tengok orang pakai cam complicated je...but somehow it is so easy to wear without needing any brooch or pin!! and the most important thing is you can be ready in less than a minute!!

Wednesday is a PINK DAY @ BR

I had a lunch date with my sister today, headed to Bangsar to have 'something' done b4 our lunch, had our lunch and it's wednesday today! We stepped in Baskin Robin! And cheer up our day as it's a PINK DAY @ Baskin-Robbins !!

Just show up with something pink to BR staff... eg : finger nails painted in pink, pink pens, pink handphones, pink shirt, pink tie...etc... etc....

and get a Double Jr. Scoops at the price of a Single Reg. Scoop!

yumm yumm yummy! and thanx to my sister for a 'sweet' treat :-))

10 years together...

5th November 2000,

TireD and HaPpy

This is what normally happen after my 'not so good' on call day plus my other half is not around Tired...Sleepy...Tired....Sleepy...

The tiredness is really killing me...by the end of working hour...I am flaaaaat...to the max..

I normally will go to bed early and leave the kids, to their father...but tonight which also common post-call scenario...the father is not around...I need to stay awake longer to entertain the kids needs..
ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Anyway, as for tonight...along with the tiredness I am Happy too...coz we gonna have a long weekend and tomorrow is a special day to both me and hubby!

Guilty or Lola?

I am considering one of these perfume...Lola by Marc Jacobs or Guilty by Gucci

still undecided..

both scents are excellent!

Lola is the latest perfume from Marc Jacobs. It follows the über-pleasant, über-cheerful Daisy, which i had 

previously used and is being touted as Daisy’s “confident and slightly vampy older sister”.

 

Guilty seems to be more of a sheer, fruity oriental than a floral oriental.

Described as “young, audacious, discerning…an iconoclast who lives life at full throttle…sexy and slightly 

dangerous”

it comes in a sophisticated eye-catching bottle with a interlocking “G”s
