Happy 9th birthday Batrisyia!

My dotters birthday is just a week a part.

but this year Batrisyia request nak celebrate seperately! haha i guess sebab nak tiup lilin sorang-sorang kut...

So yesterday, 20th Feb 2011, she turned 9!! Kakak, you're such a big gurl already!

Mama harap Kakak akan berjaya di dunia dan akhirat, menjadi anak solehah...

grown up Amsyar

How time flies....we are in the middle of January already and Amsyar survived his new school-life for 2 weeks! I am proud of you! You've grown up! I am glad that we/he managed to go thru it smoothly!

So many things happened and got no time to update here! Busy schedule etc etc..Pray to Allah that everything will be sailing smoothly...Amin

Rapunzel : A Tangled Tale

Oh how i love the movie as much as my kids love it!
Eventhough tired, as promised made to the kids
i brought them to watch 'Rapunzel' 

The premise of Rapunzel story started with a baby princess, blessed with healing power on her hair, being kidnapped by Mother Gothel who wanted to restore her youth.

 Mother Gothel raised Rapunzel up on a secluded tower, forbidding her to ever go out.

 So Rapunzel’s only friend was Pascal the chameleon. One day, a thief named Flynn Rider or Eugene,his other real name broke into her tower for shelter.

 Rapunzel decided to break out of the tower with Flynn taking her to the town without Mother Gothel’s knowledge. Their journey to town were filled with obstacles.

Without much suspense or twist, we are treated with a relaxing and enjoyable movie. There are many funny scenes, especially those that involve the cute chameleon. 

The songs and music suit the moments in the film.Then, the villains are not too scary,so it’s suitable for children especially younger ones like Arissa!

He is missing his Big Sister

Amsyar asked me  shortly after we arrived home 

 Mama...Kakak tak nangis ke mama tinggal?? Bila Kakak nak balik?? Kenapa mama tinggal kakak?

 Amsyar nak main dengan kakak and bla bla bla...Amsyar makes me feel guilty leaving Batrisyia.*i feel guilty and bad*

He missed her sister already...Batrisyia is staying with the cousins at my sister's house.....we just came back from Kedah and arrived home safely this evening. This is his first time being apart from her sister! poor Amsyar..

Batrisyia really wants to stay with her cousins for few more days, and look forward for this moment actually. She'll be back home next week...

I would say both are very close with each other, they are only 2 years apart compare to Amsyar and his little sister which is four years apart. They fight with each other like other normal siblings, even then they play and do homework together.. and even sleep in the same room.

 Arissa will always left behind...and i think this is the good time for Amsyar to be close with her little sister pulak..

hurmmmm...now I am missing you Batrisyia!

Don't worry Mama and Amsyar will be fine here, and Have Fun there!

Kids nowadays

My Kids are having 'get together' with their cousins this Raya hols...and part of the time together spend with the gadgets!!!

This is how kids nowadays spending their time together...not like us before...where we used to play games in a group like monopoly, scrabble, etc,etc but I am sure we can't get away from all of this technologies...and the fact that we need to grow with it..to make full use of it!

another neb

We are @ KJMC today...Arissa has been coughing for few days...so today kena jumpa paedeatrician...since last time she had the same symptoms sampai admitted, so better bring early.

I've been auscultating her chest every day at home...so far ok, no wheezing but treating your own child is not good actually coz you may underestimate or overestimate! So better not taking the risk at your own.

She is a big girl now...sitting nicely on chair, obeying whatever dr's order during examination. Good girl, Arissa!

The lung is ok. Occasional wheezes sounds only and she needs to take nebuliser today and to continue her ventolin inhaler at home 6 hourly..another homework for mummy :-)

exam week

next week will be the exam week for my eldest

so this week is her study week!!

biar betul mama ni...baru standard two dah ada study week..but nak tak nak i have to go thru all syllabus with her for the final exam of the year..

and i would say...almost two years going thru standard one and two syllabus..hahaha 

more, more tougher than ours those days!

hopefully you can do at your very best dear and after that kita boleh 'bercuti'
